Any company, including self-employed people, that stores chemical products should do it according to some security measures, collected in what is known as Reglamento APQ<\/em> (APQ Regulation). This regulation began in 1980, but since has been revised many times to improve the security based on the experience and to the modifications named ITC (Instrucciones T\u00e9cnicas Complementarias, \u2018Complementary Technical Instructions\u2019) that apply to the storage of specific chemical products.<\/p>\n

Tandem HSE has many years of experience in the design, execution and legalization of warehouses for chemical products in Spain.<\/p>\n

By adapting a chemical products warehouse to the instructions from the current\u00a0APQ<\/a> regulation, you reduce, on one side, the risks of accidents that affect both people and the environment and, on the other side, you prevent problems with insurance companies in case of civil responsibility to third parties due to an unfortunate accident.<\/p>\n

Tandem HSE offers you the possibility to leave in our capable hands the design, the adaptation and the processing for legalization of the APQ storage facilities, in accordance to the current state regulation (RD 656\/2017)<\/a>. Before the construction of a new plant or storage, Tandem HSE can do an initial APQ study then, based on it, proceed with the design of the facilities. We deal with the monitoring of the work in its entirety.<\/p>\n

All the installations and storage of chemical products of an industrial plant must be performing internal annual internal revisions according to the article\u00a04 of the Reglamento de\u00a0Almacenaje y Productos Qu\u00edmicos<\/a> (regulation for storage and chemical products), including also periodic revisions of the fixed tanks.<\/p>\n
